This topic describes how to activate a Flex Cloud License which allows you to manage licenses of ARES within the Cloud.
As an administrator for Flex Cloud Licenses, you must have:
Note: Flex Cloud License is available as an Annual Plan and Three Years Plan.
With an Organization, administrators manage organization licenses with their Graebert Account. An Organization uses one Permission Key for all products for multiple users.
Note: The person who creates an organization in the administrator of that organization.

Once the Organization created, the Administrator invites all the users of the company.
It is possible to use single licenses, such as Annual Plan or Perpetual, and Flex Cloud licenses within the same company. Single license are suitable for users who use the software intensively, while additional Flex Cloud licenses are suitable for occasional users.
Note: A minimum purchase of 3 seats is required for Flex Cloud Licenses.
The company administrator creates an Organization and assignes licenses in a convenient manner.
Note: To avoid any confusion, it is recommended to manage all licenses from the Company under a single Organization. The only exception is the situation when two groups of users within the same company should not share licenses altogether.
Users that have a single license assigned to them, such as Annual Plan, Three Years, or Perpetual license, will not get access to the Company's Flex Cloud license. However, it is possible to provide some users with individual license and purchase additional Flex Cloud Licenses for the most occasional
To get permission for a Flex Cloud License:
Use the same credentials as those when you created your Graebert Account.
The Customer Portal opens.
Note: A valid Permission Key is necessary to create an organization.
The name of the software product appears under Products, for example, ARES Commander. The product information includes the license type (Flex Cloud, in this case).
