Logging into the Account

You can log in to your account from within ARES Commander, ARES Kudo, ARES Touch, or – outside the software – by using an Internet browser on any device.

You can log in to your account from within ARES Commander or – outside the software – by using an Internet browser on any device.

It is useful to log in from another device, if you need to activate ARES Commander on a computer which has no Internet access.

To log in to the Customer Portal from ARES Commander:

To log in to the Graebert Customer Portal from ARES Kudo:

  1. In one of the supported Internet browsers, start ARES Kudo.
  2. Log in to ARES Kudo.
  3. On the title bar, click your account name to display the menu.
  4. On the menu, click My Profile.
  5. On the Account Data screen, click Edit My Profile.

    The Customer Portal opens with your account.

To log in to the Graebert Customer Portal from ARES Touch:

  1. On your tablet or smartphone, start ARES Touch.
  2. On the title bar of the Drawing Explorer, click the account symbol .
  3. On the login screen, tap Manage Account.
  4. Type your e-mail address and your password.
  5. Tap Login.

    The Customer Portal opens with your account.
