Resetting the Password

You can reset the password of your Graebert Account any time.

You must be logged into your account (see Logging into the Graebert Account).

To reset your password:

  1. In the Licensing dialog box, click Manage my Account.

    If you disabled showing the Licensing dialog box: Click your username next to  in the title bar, then select My Account.

  2. In the title bar of the Customer Portal, click Profile.
  3. In the bar below the title bar, click Password.
  4. In Old Password, type your current password.
  5. In Password, type the new password.

    Select Show password characters if you want to see your input as you type (instead of bullets).

  6. In Retype Password, type the new password again.
  7. Click Change Password.
