Deleting a Graebert Account

You can delete your Graebert Account at any time. Deleting your Graebert Account disables all permissions under your account.

To delete your Graebert Account, log into your Graebert Account from the Graebert Customer Portal to submit a deletions request.

After 60 days of deletion request, your account and all permissions will be permanently deleted. You will not be able to rettrieve your account.

Recovering Your Account

Once you submit the deletion request, your account is automatically disabled for 60 days. If you change your mind during 60 days of deletion request, please contact Graebert Support to recover it.

To delete your Graebert Account:

1. In an Internet browser on your device, type customer-portal.graebert.com/.
2. Log in to your Graebert Account.
3. In the Customer Portal, on the title bar, click your account name to display the menu.
4. Click Delete Account .
5. On the next screen, type the delete reason and click Delete Account.
6. On the next creen, click Yes to confirm the deletion of your Graebert Account.

   Your Graebert account is automatically disabled. The account will be permanently deleted after 60 days.
